Eyeko – Black Magic (travel size)
I am always really happy receiving Eyeko products in beauty subscription boxes. In this months Birchbox, I received a travel size ‘Black Magic’ mascara. I have tried the mascara before & I do adore it. ‘Black Magic’ does live up to its title ‘Drama & Curl’!!! I wear this mascara mainly when I’m going on a night out with the girls. ‘Black Magic’ is a really pigmented mascara. The liquid is smooth, not too thick & definitely not clumpy!!! You can buy ‘Black Magic’ in the Birchbox e-shop & you can buy the mascara in black or midnight blue & a full size costs £18 & includes free shipping this month https://www.birchbox.co.uk/me/boxes/women/this-month. Check out the Eyeko website https://www.eyeko.com.
Spectrum – Wonder Sponge (full size, £4.99)
I am a massive fan of make-up sponges. I own quite a few & different branded beauty sponges. I’m thinking about doing my top 5 make-up sponges blogpost review on my other blog www.Raexoxo.com. Birchbox subscribers actually got a choice to choose what colour wonder sponge we wanted to receive in our May Birchbox. We got to pick between Pink & Lilac. I chose Lilac, because I thought it was different from most other make-up sponges. I’m really really really impressed with Spectrum!!! A few Birchboxes ago we received a Spectrum make-up brush in our Birchboxes & I instantly fell in love with the brand. I hope to try out more Spectrum products in the future. The ‘Wonder Sponge’ is my new favourite beauty sponge!!!! You can buy the ‘Wonder Sponge’ in the Birchbox e-shop https://www.birchbox.co.uk/shop/spectrum-collections-unicorn-tears-wonder-sponge. Check out the Spectrum website for some AMAZING makeup brushes & accessories http://www.spectrumcollections.com.
Givenchy – Live Irresistible (sample size)
Getting perfume samples in beauty subscription boxes is one of my favourite products to receive, as I love testing out new perfumes. I personally LOVE the smell of Givenchy’s ‘Live Irresistible’. If you haven’t got a sample of the perfume in you Birchbox go to your local Boots or Superdrug & go to the perfume counter & smell it!!! The fragrance is described as “flirtatious, floral, fruity & spicy parfum that awakens the senses, making every moment a happy one”. If you don’t like sweet perfume this is not the scent for you. I would love to get a full size of ‘Live Irresistible’ & btw if you haven’t seen the full-size bottle it’s just stunning!!!! You can get a 40ml bottle of the perfume from Boots for £44 http://www.boots.com/en/Givenchy-Live-Irresistible-Eau-de-Toilette-40ml_1825086/.
Ole Henriksen – Cleansing Cloths (travel size)
Cleansing cloths are a part of my everyday skincare routine. I have never heard of the brand Ole Henriksen but now I’m a fan of the brand after trying out the cleansing cloths. What I loved about the cleansing cloths was the great smell. The cleansing cloths are also great at removing make-up & they leave my skin feeling refreshed & soft. You can buy a full-size pack of cleansing cloths from the Birchbox e-shop for £12 https://www.birchbox.co.uk/shop/olehenriksen-the-clean-truth-cleansing-cloth. Check out Ole Henriksen’s website https://www.olehenriksen.com/.
Puriskin – Resurfacing cream (sample size)
Puriskin’s ‘Resurfacing cream’ does sound like some sort of miracle cream!!! I think I’m going to buy a full size of the cream from the Birchbox e-shop. The ‘Resurfacing cream’ claims to help “Acne scars, age spots, blemishes, bruises, burns, cracked skin, dermatitis, keloid scars, razor bumps, split skin, stretch marks & surgical scars”. Puriskin’s ‘Resurfacing cream’ is also a natural beauty product. Some of the ingredients include vitamin E, chamomile, jojoba, evening primrose & borage. The calming lotion smoothes the skin surfaces & fades blemishes & marks on the skins surface!!! The cream can also be used as a face & body moisturiser. A full-size bottle costs £13.99 & you can also buy it from the Birchbox e-shop https://www.birchbox.co.uk/shop/puriskin-resurfacing-cream. Check out Puriskin’s website http://puriskinbyvb.com.
Philip Kingsley – Polishing Balm (sample size)
