The theme of April’s Glossybox was ‘The Iconic Edit’. April’s theme was meant to be about Hollywood glamour. On the front of April’s Glossybox was Marilyn Monroe. There were four box colours that you could have got. I received the peach box, but you could have got the blue, lemon or mint. Each box colour came with a different inspirational quote on the inside of the box lid. I got a quote from Elizabeth Taylor “Pour yourself a drink, put on some lipstick, and pull yourself together”.

Lord & Berry – Crayon Lipstick (full size, £10)

I have tried a lot of different Lord & Berry eyeliners, but I haven’t yet tried a crayon lipstick. I was really pleased that I received a full-size crayon lipstick in the shade ‘Kiss’. The colour ‘Kiss’ is a bright orange toned red. The crayon lipstick is really creamy & smooth. This lip crayon will be a perfect colour to wear this Summer. Pop – Kajal pen (full size, £6.50)

The Pop Kajal pen is actually a pencil eyeliner. I love how the Kajal pen has a blending sponge on the other end. The only downside to the Kajal pen is that it’s not that pigmented. Which means you would probably have to re-apply it during the day. I do really love the colour it’s a deep black colour. Check out Pop’s website for some fab products  http://www.popbeauty.co.uk

Color Club – Nail Lacquer (full size, £4.10)

I have sampled quite a few Color Club nail polishes. I do really love the formula they use & I love the brand. I got a nude colour in the shade ‘Barely there’. Astral – Face & body moisturiser (sample size)

I have never tried Astral moisturiser before. I know its a classic skincare product with the older generation (Mums/Nans). If I’m going to use a moisturiser on my face I need it to have at least an SPF 15. I will probably use the face & body moisturiser before I go to bed. The cream is quite heavy & does feel quite nice on the skin. I wonder if I will see results if I keep using the cream over a month or so. Check out Astral’s website http://www.astral-cream.co.uk.

Nougat London – Bath pearls (full size, £6)

I love using bath salts & I’m really excited to try out the soothing bath pearls. You’re meant to use a teaspoon at a time to scent the bath. The only thing I don’t like about the product is that the bath pearls are meant to leave your skin shimmery.
